Handyman in Stalis for Rental Apartments, Seasonal Maintenance and Villa Upkeep
Owning a rental in Stalis means a list of small jobs that never quite ends. Paint flakes off the sea-facing balconies, a wardrobe door hangs crooked after a summer of guests, a shutter sticks, a tile cracks on the terrace. None of it is a big deal on its own, but together it decides whether your apartment still looks good in the photos.
I take care of that list. Stalis is about 10 minutes from my home in Hersonissos, so I can easily pass by for a few small jobs, combine them in one visit and fit them around your bookings. The rhythm is always the same: a busy spring getting units ready, quick fixes during the season, and a proper closing round when the last guests have left in late autumn.
On the hillside the work is a bit different. Villas with views over the bay have bigger terraces, retaining walls, steep driveways and outdoor areas that need cleaning and checking. Because I am also a Belgian-certified plumber, electrician and HVAC technician with more than 20 years of experience, a handyman visit can include the dripping tap or the loose light fitting I notice along the way. You do not need a second tradesman for that.
