A/C Technician, Electrician and Plumber in Stalis (Stalida)
Stalis, or Stalida as many Greeks call it, sits in the bay between Hersonissos and Malia, about 10 minutes from my home. It is a relaxed place: a long sandy beach, small family hotels, tavernas and apartment buildings along the front, and a hillside behind the village where villas and newer houses look out over the bay.
The large majority of properties here are rentals. They are busy from spring to late autumn and then go quiet for the winter. That rhythm shapes the work: preparing everything before the first guests, quick repairs while they are staying, and closing up properly when the season is over, so nothing freezes, leaks or corrodes during the empty months.
The houses on the hill have their own challenges, from steep driveways and retaining walls to pumps that push water up to the higher plots. As a certified plumber, electrician and A/C technician I cover all of it, and I speak English and Dutch with owners and managers.
